- There is road construction on Hwy 14 between Ulysses St and University Ave.
- Hwy 14 closed University Ave west to Hanson Blvd.
There are temporary NO PARKING THIS SIDE OF STREET signs in the neighborhood. There is a city ordinance that we must adhere to and the signs are required for the safety of all the residence of the neighborhood. The Blaine Police and Fire Deparments need to be able to drive down any one of the streets in case of an emergency. Local businesses are requesting garage sale shoppers not park in the parking lots of their businesses. Vehicles found parked where they should not be will be ticketed and towed. Watch for signs. We are located on the Northwest corner of Highway 65 and Highway 14 in Blaine, MN. When entering the neighborhood from Hwy 65 exit off on Hwy 14 go west (towards Perkins) and a right at Ulysses St., Polk St., Jackson St, Jefferson St.; OR northbound 65 take a right at 131st and a right on to the service road to 129th take a right over the bridge; OR southbound on 65 take right on 133rd Ave and then left on service road then any right into the neighborhood.
Our Neighborhood stretches from Hwy 65 west to Jefferson St and 125th Ave (14) north to 132nd Ln.
